Bathroom designing is commonly an object of the most daring dreams. Absolutely every detail counts in bathroom arrangement: layout, placement of interior items, lighting.

Choosing a color palette is, perhaps, the best way to start with. With understanding of colors prevailing in the decoration, it is easier to deal with the other issues. How to avoid extremes of creating something colorful motley or nothing grim? Let's take a deeper look into this.

The Nature of Color As it is all well-known that based on human perception all colors are split into warm and cold. The first group includes red, yellow, orange, and their shades, whereas varieties of blue, dark blue and violet belong to the second group.

Green takes up an intermediate position since perception of this color is defined by the prevalence of yellow or blue in its structure. The set of colors, dominating in the interior fit-out, largely determine your emotional state, and even physiological reactions. It has been found, for example, that at the same air temperature, the room decorated in red and orange colors, appear to be warmer than the other one, where blue and green colors prevail in the interior. And "temperature fluctuations" are quite significant and can reach 6-8 degrees.

Warm tones in the interior create a sense of comfort and security; they tone up. However, as we approach the red section of the spectrum, the effect becomes exciting. In contrast, cold colors help to relax and get focused. Whereas violet is quite controversial; being deep and thick, it suppresses the mind and can even lead to depression, while its lightened and subdued tints are quite calm.

Finally, neutral colors, such as white, black, and gray, being dispassionate, help the emotions recover their balance. White creates the effect of lightness and purity, whereas grey produces a sense of security. Equally important are color depth and combination, with bright colors cheering and toning up, and pastel colors, in contrast, calming and relaxing. The abundance of contracts, such as combination of bright warm and cold shades, for example, excites, but quickly tires.

Color Palette Selection Experts recommend selecting shades for rooms based on their purpose. Bathroom is first of all associated with hygiene and healthcare spa procedures, being also a relaxation place, where each family member spends on average one hour a day. Therefore, its decoration is often dominated by light warm tones, with white color being a basic one. By the way, white is universal; it is perfectly compatible with any other shades, possessing the unique capacity of softening bright colors and tonal contrasts in the interior. Often, a variety of saturated colors adds to excess diversity, when combined with white, though, it acquires a more balanced look.

With a standard bathroom not quite big, rather dark color range is surely worth avoiding, as it will reduce visually the space in hand. All sorts of two-color decoration varieties are very popular, for example, two types of tiles, separated by the edging. In this case, tiles of a lighter hue should be used for the upper part of the room, to avoid a sense of heaviness.

Every person is born with psychic capabilities but these powers become less noticeable as we grow into adulthood. This is normal and it happens because we don't get the proper training. We get trained for other things but not to develop our God given senses to make them a part from our daily lives.
